Alfaz del Pi is a is a wonderful holiday destination for golfers. Whether you are an experienced golfer or a beginner, there are several golf courses within twenty minutes to accommodate you. Among them Club de Golf Ifach in Moraira, designed by Javier Arana and Real Faula Golf Club outside Benidorm, designed by Jack Nicklaus, Sierra Cortina in Benidorm is great for beginners. The Costa Blanca has a total of 30 golf courses.

Water sport

The warm Mediterranean climate allow visitors to practice water sports all year round. Sailing is one of the most popular water sports in the region followed by windsurfing, kite surfing, water skiing, jet skiing, canoeing, rowing, kayaking, scubadiving and wakeboarding. You can rent equipment in many of the 25 yacht clubs and marina, follow courses or take a guided boat trip along the Costa Blanca. Sierra Helada

Sierra Helada is a national park and mountain separating Benidorm from Albir Spain. Sierra Helada means Ice mountain in Spanish and there are several different walks up and around this mountain. Favorite and wonderful 2km walk is up to the ‘El Faro’ Albir lighthouse. It’s a very gentle path and an extremely popular walk with the locals, taking about 40 minutes each way. The path gives you an amazing view of the coastline and there are those who have been lucky enough to spot dolphins.
